1. Account Registration & Security

To access the core features of LifeKeep, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

LifeKeep offers both a Free Starter plan and paid Pro subscription plans (monthly and annual):

Free Starter: Allows tracking up to 5 active items. No payment information is required.
LifeKeep Pro: Provides unlimited items, receipt storage, and advanced collaboration. Pro plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
Cancellations: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial annual subscription purchases upon request to support@lifekeep.com.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LifeKeep to upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, attempt to compromise the platform’s security, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the platform.

4. User Content & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all records, notes, and files uploaded to LifeKeep. By uploading content, you grant us only the necessary license to store, process, and display that content to you and your authorized family members.

5. Limitation of Liability

While LifeKeep is engineered to provide timely notifications, we are not liable for missed return deadlines, expired warranties, or service interruptions caused by third-party email providers, network outages, or device misconfigurations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
